Saint-Julien lies between Pauillac and Margaux on the left bank of the Gironde. Saint-Julien is the smallest of the four great Médoc appellations, yet almost its entire area is classified. The wines are often described as the middle ground between the power of Pauillac and the finesse of Margaux. From this appellation we offer among others Leoville las Cases, Leoville Poyferre, Ducru Beaucaillou, Talbot, Beychevelle and Lagrange.
