Bordeaux

Bordeaux lies in south-west France, around the confluence of the Garonne and the Dordogne. The area owes its division to those rivers: cabernet sauvignon dominates the left bank, merlot the right. The 1855 classification, drawn up for the Paris World Exhibition, still determines the ranking of the Médoc châteaux today. From this region we offer among others Mouton Rothschild, Château Lafite Rothschild, Château d’Yquem, Château Haut-Brion, Leoville Las Cases, Lynch Bages, Clos Fourtet, Leoville Poyferre, Angelus and Château Latour.
