Rich yellow-gold color, intense and ponderous nose, buttery, substantial, laden with coated mineral notes spiraling around a profound core of orchard fruits, on the palate the grand scale and intensity of Montrachet in full effect but somewhat closed on the mid-palate, fine long finish, excellent balance, an impressive wine
The best in this first session of super-whites from Montrachet. The golden-yellow color has green reflections which give the wine a sensation of youth and a long life. The aroma is very fragrant with scents of white fruit, peach and yellow melon, while with breathing strong notes of medicinal herbs emerge to finish with suffused balsamic tones. The structure and precision of the mouthfeel are incredible and make it big (not fat), elegant and saline. The length is extraordinary, as it the pleasure of drinking it greedily.
