Another fabulous 1990. A deep garnet/brick red colour. The nose is very Pauillac: pencil-lead, cedar and black fruits, developing more exotic, leathery nuances in the glass. Very well-balanced on the palate, good fresh acidity, rounded but not plump and very focused. Does not quite have the vigour or structure of Clerc-Milon 1990 but this is drinking wonderfully now.
