With a precise, concentrated palate, this Champagne is firm and vibrant. Dry and full-bodied. Light pineapple, peach, praline, cooked-apple, and stone scents and flavors are rich and lively. At the end, it’s really delicate and focused. Richness and acidity are well-balanced. Depth is good. It makes me think of the year 1995. Very well-kept. Solid. It’s already delicious, but it’ll get even better with age.
