Surprisingly similar to 1986 in color – a bright ruby with a reddish hue. Rich and nearly burned in flavor. It has a liqueur-like sweetness to it. It’s not particularly powerful or concentrated, but it’s sweet and cocoa-like. It’s so 1990! It isn’t very helpful to Cos. It’s a touch sloppy and fades out a little at the end. It has a leathery texture. All tannins have been depleted. Not exactly energizing. Petals of roses. At the end, it gets a little dry. A second bottle contained greater vitality and potency.
